Demetrice Branch Bio

Demetrice Branch has more than two decades of HR experience, including 13 years as Weaver’s Director of Human Resources. As Chief People Officer, Demetrice oversees a range of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, compliance, employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She leads Weaver’s INSPIRE Culture Advisory Board, which oversees strategic initiatives that help support the firm’s continued commitment to provide an inclusive and equitable environment. Demetrice has a passion for creating a workplace in which every Weaver employee feels a sense of belonging, trust and inclusion. Demetrice attended Jarvis Christian College
