Dan Brumwell, CPA, has more than nine years of audit and financial accounting experience, including six years of direct experience in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services, with deal sizes ranging from $1 million EBITDA to $50 million EBITDA. He has served a wide array of clients in various industries including, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, energy, and technology. Working closely with private equity groups, investment banks, business owners and CFOs, Dan leads, coordinates and manages the entire financial due diligence process. He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, industry roll-ups, divestitures, working capital analyses and post-merger integration. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University.
