Tyler has worked in the corporate finance world for over 20 years. Tyler has led over 200 successful Financing, M&A and Advisory transactions totalling over $2 Billion across a range of industries including Software & Technology, Telco, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Services, Hospitality, Financial Services, Energy and Mining, some of which are outlined here. His initial financial sector experience was in retail banking and prior to that he started his career working for the Canada Revenue Agency HQ in Ottawa. Tyler holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2000 and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in 1997. Tyler is a keen sailor/skier/snowboarder/kite surfer/scuba diver and is now a hockey fanatic after recently taking up the sport. He is proud to have been a "Big Brother" ​through Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto for nearly 12 years
