Tyler Lang has led over 200 successful financings, M&A and Advisory transactions totaling over $2 billion across a range of industries. Tyler has worked in the corporate finance world for over 20 years. Tyler has led over 200 successful Financing, M&A and Advisory transactions totalling over $2 Billion across a range of industries including Software & Technology, Telco, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Services, Hospitality, Financial Services, Energy and Mining, some of which are outlined here. His initial financial sector experience was in retail banking and prior to that he started his career working for the Canada Revenue Agency HQ in Ottawa. Tyler holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2000 and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in 1997.
