Bio

Ethan currently advises a wide variety of insurance and healthcare clients, including retail and wholesale brokers, MGAs / MGUs, carriers, benefits administration / HRO, wellness / advocacy, care coordination and other healthcare services firms. Before joining Waller Helms, Ethan worked at Dowling Hales, an insurance-focused boutique investment bank. As an adviser to the insurance industry, he worked with distribution, underwriting and risk-bearing clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. Ethan previously served at Riverside Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm specializing in healthcare and technology. He graduated Indiana University with degrees in Economics and Mathematics, and also attended the London School of Economics where he studied Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development.
