Thierry has extensive experience in business management and mergers and acquisitions: for 19 years he managed international companies in the brands, distribution and services sectors. In addition, Thierry has 12 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial engineering, mainly in investment banking. Corporate executive, Thierry was Managing Director of Darty Plc from 2009 to 2013. He previously managed various Kering subsidiaries. (formerly PPR Group) as CEO of Redcats Group, CEO of Pinault Bois et Matériaux, CEO of Prisunic and CEO of Transcap Logistique. At the same time, Thierry has accumulated extensive experience in M&A and financial engineering at Kering as Director of Strategy and Development and previously at JP Morgan and Pallas Finance. He has participated in more than 100 M&A transactions during his career. Thierry is a graduate of ESSEC and IEP Paris
