Benoit Mercier Bio

Benoît has more than 14 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance. In 2020, he founded Tao Partner, a boutique specializing in Corporate Finance (M&A, LBO, Fundraising) focusing on tech and FIG companies for M&A and fundraising operations. Tao Partner merged with Vulcain in 2023. Previously, Benoit worked at Cambon Partners, BNP Paribas Securities Services and BNP Paribas CIB where he was Deputy Director of the Corp Dev team. He has completed more than 40 transactions (acquisition, sale, JV and own investments) in 14 countries. Benoît is a graduate of INSEAD, EM Lyon and Panthéon Assas University
