Frank de Lange founded Vondel Finance in 2004. At Vondel Finance he is active as M&A advisor and investor. Frank de Lange studied business administration at the University of Groningen and at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. As of 1993 he participated in the launch and growth of Deloitte Corporate Finance. As of 2001 Frank de Lange was senior investment manager at NPM Capital in Amsterdam, one of the largest private equity firms in the Netherlands. At NPM Capital he was responsible for circa ten participations, and actively involved as a director at a number of participations. Throughout the years Frank de Lange was involved with more than hundred companies and transactions in a variety of roles; as advisor, investor, director, or as investment manager.
