Raffaele joined Vitale in 2011. Raffaele, during his 15 years’ experience in the investment banking industry, has advised Italian and international groups and private equity funds on several M&A (both domestic and cross-border) and debt-related transactions (even in proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law), maturing a deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial excellences operating in the industrial sector, packaging, machines and equipment, consumer goods, retail and logistics. Prior to joining Vitale, Raffaele was part of WEPARTNERS S.p.A.
