Francesco Fornarelli Bio

Francesco joined Vitale in 2017. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the investment banking industry. He has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and capital markets transaction in financial services, fintech, IT, business services and industrial distribution. Prior to joining Vitale, Francesco was part of the M&A team at UniCredit and Financial Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
