Valentina joined Vitale in 2009. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the investment banking industry. She has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and debt-related transactions (even in proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law) with deep expertise in consumer goods and retail. Prior to joining Vitale in 2009, Valentina was part of the Italian M&A team at Deutsche Bank.
