Bio

Riccardo joined Vitale in 2001 and became a partner in 2005. He has matured over more than 30 years a deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial world in Italy and of excellences in the industrial sector, engineering, packaging, automotive, machines and equipment, fashion, retail and digital tech. He has worked on several M&A and debt restructuring transactions involving private and family owned companies, large domestic and international groups and private equity funds. Prior to joining Vitale, Riccardo was Director at ING and PWC and an associate at Lazard. Riccardo is a graduate in Economics at the University of Florence and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
