Przemek Wójcicki Bio

Przemek Wójcicki is Partner in the Warsaw office and the leader of VCP’s healthcare team. He has almost 20 years of experience in investment banking in Poland and CEE. During last 4 years he has been in charge of 8 successfully completed high-profile healthcare transactions in Poland, including advising Lux-Med (BUPA Group) on the acquisitions of Orthos, Citomed and Mavit, advising the shareholders of CDT Medicus and Neomedic on the sale processes to Medicover, advising the shareholders of PCZ Brzeziny on the sale to RCO as well as advising Abris on the acquisition of Scanmed. Recently, Przemek was engaged in sell side advisory to the founders of Nordmedic in the process of acquiring new investor – Polmed. Przemek has a master’s degree from the Warsaw University of Technology as well as a bachelor’s degree from the Warsaw School of Life Sciences. He is fluent in English and Polish.
