Piotr Samojlik Bio

Piotr Samojlik is Managing Partner at VCP and head of the Warsaw office. Piotr joined VCP in 2006. Under his leadership VCP Poland has successfully developed into a leading Polish investment advisory company. During his professional career, Piotr was involved in numerous transactions related to the acquisition, sale and mergers of enterprises across industries. The experience and know-how he has gained over the past 30 years of M&A advisory practice, now contributes to VCP Warsaw’s string of successful deals. Prior to joining VCP, Piotr was in charge of the corporate finance operations of a leading pan-European investment bank. Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics majoring in foreign trade. He also studied for two years at the department of computer programming at the Rockville Montgomery College (MD, USA). He is fluent in Polish and English and has a working knowledge of Russian.
