Mark Gould, VERCOR Principal and Co-founder, has been actively involved in the mergers and acquisitions industry for the past 25 years. He currently specializes in manufacturing, service, distribution, and technology companies with transaction values ranging from $10 million to over $100 million. Mr. Gould holds the professional designations of certified business intermediary (CBI), mergers and acquisitions master intermediary (M&AMI) and certified business opportunity appraiser (CBOA), which together with his broad depth of transaction experience brings a practical application and perspective to his clients. He has been President of six business entities and has had ownership in more than ten businesses. He is currently a financial advisor to various companies and sizable organizations and holds series 7, 66, 79, & 24 securities licenses. He is also a CEO and Chief Compliance Officer of VENTOUX SECURITIES, LLC, a broker-dealer, as well as Partner and Co-founder of VERCOR ADVISORS, LLC, an international mergers and acquisitions group. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing racquetball, riding motorcycles and endurance sports.
