Terry Jiang is a Managing Director and leads deal execution. He has closed more than 20 transactions at Vaquero with a focus on growth-oriented technology businesses in the vertical SaaS, internet, and data services sectors. Prior to joining Vaquero, he worked as an analyst at Martin Wolf Global M&A Advisors. Mr. Jiang was named a 2020 Americas Rising Star Dealmaker at the M&A Atlas Awards. Terry graduated from the University of California San Diego with a B.S. in Management Science and a minor in Accounting.
