Charlie Harper joined Vaquero in 2021. He has more than 10 years of experience advising publicly traded and privately held middle market technology companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Vaquero, Mr. Harper was a Director at Inverness Advisors. He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
