Bio

Lawrence Pier is a Vice President and leads transaction execution at Vaquero. He has closed more than 15 transactions in his career advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and on capital raising. Prior to joining Vaquero, he worked in investment banking at Stifel and at The Presidio Group. Lawrence graduated with an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and with a BBA from the University of Michigan.
