Juan Alberto Sanchez Bio

Juan Alberto joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2006. Since then, he has participated in a wide variety of M&A transactions, such as sales, acquisitions, buy-outs or capital increases, in different sectors (infrastructure, TMT, energy, education or agri-food), advising both shareholders and companies and private equity funds. Before V4 and Altium Capital, Juan Alberto worked at Ernst & Young as a senior auditor. He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE- 3). Juan Alberto is a professor of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Blockchain at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
