Fernando joined V4 Financial Partners in 2015 after working at CaixaBank in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Fernando has 15 years of experience in M&A, during which he has advised mainly on Energy, Infrastructure, Consumer and Industrial transactions. Fernando holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Francisco de Vitoria University and a Master's degree in International Management from the IE Business School.
