Fernando Gomez Bio

Fernando joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in M&A, where he has advised on transactions in the areas of Healthcare, Technology (Software, eCommerce, Biotech, ...), Services (Transport, Distribution, Logistics), Retail, Leisure and Consumer, Food and FIG. Fernando has a particular specialization in private equity (private equity, venture capital) and international transactions. Before working at V4, Altium Capital and Apax, Fernando worked for HP, Accenture and Alpha Corporate (Arthur Andersen CF). He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-3) (Madrid) and a PADE in Business Management and Administration from IESE.
