Rich Moriarty is co-Founder and Global Head of Distribution at Union Gaming, the leading boutique investment bank and advisory firm focused exclusively on the global gaming industry. While at Union, Mr. Moriarty has been responsible for all aspects of sales and distribution across the U.S. and Asia, as well as the building and launch of the firm’s Asia-Pac practice in Hong Kong in 2014. Prior to co-founding Union Gaming, Mr. Moriarty acted as a Director within the Institutional Client Group at Deutsche Bank, leading several landmark equity and equity-linked transactions in the global gaming space in a specialty sales role, as well as specialty distribution roles at Lehman Brothers, now Barclays Capital and Susquehanna International Group. Mr. Moriarty has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he also played four years of ice hockey for the Division I Minutemen.
