Bio

Stacey Massa joined the firm in 1996. Throughout her tenure at UHY, Stacey has cultivated a reputation as an accessible and common-sense resource for her clients and business colleagues, inside and outside of the firm. Her core technical strengths include accounting and financial reporting for closely held businesses, including companies with complex organizational structures and international operations. Stacey is the advisor to a number of our largest clients with manufacturing and distribution activities. Stacey is co-leader of St. Louis Manufacturing and a member of the firm’s National Manufacturing Group. She oversees and provides financial expertise in a variety of audit, business acquisitions/dispositions, efficiency reviews, and financial reporting engagements. Stacey has been the audit lead for a variety of clients with complex organizational structures and international operations, and she served as an audit lead on a variety of professional service organizations, including those reporting under IFRS. Stacey has broad consulting expertise, including: internal accounting controls and risk analysis; development of practice policies and procedures; financial accounting; operational improvement; and merger and acquisition.
