Scott Norris is a principal with more than 20 years of diversified accounting and financial leadership experience. He focuses on providing audit and advisory services for a range of industries and companies, including multi-national public and private companies. Scott has a strong technical background and serves as a subject matter resource for complex accounting, auditing, and financial reporting issues. He has an extensive record of transactional service experience, including business combinations, carve-outs, and assisting on buy- and sell-side due diligence reviews and quality of earnings assessments. Scott also has experience assessing private companies for their IPO readiness. He has served in financial and CFO roles for PE-backed portfolio companies. Scott was awarded the Long Island Business News “40 Under 40” in 2015.
