Scott McRuer has more than three decades of experience in public accounting. Scott’s focus is client business and tax strategy planning. He also serves as a business growth and a wealth management strategist. Scott earned his Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation as an expert strategist connecting all aspects of business accounting to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal data assessment and reports, planning processes, and overall operations. He oversees and reviews federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Before joining UHY, Scott was Senior Auditor for a Fortune 100 manufacturing company and Corporate Audit Manager for the nation’s largest tax preparation service.
