Nick Theos has a decade of experience in the firm’s assurance, advisory, and consulting practices. He serves a diversified group of publicly traded and privately held companies and provides expertise within the technology & software, manufacturing & distribution, private equity, and financial services industries. Nick has extensive experience performing audits and reviews and is well versed in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements for companies ranging from emerging growth companies to large accelerated filers. He also specializes in providing buy side and sell side advisory services where he advises corporate and private equity clients covering a full range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs, and financing transactions. Nick is also experienced in providing clients with consultation on their complex accounting and financial reporting issues, including key technical accounting guidance for revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, internal control processes, Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements and various other consulting engagements. Nick was named a Business and Finance Professional Honoree by Long Island Business Journal in 2021.
