Nick Chambers is the Midwest Region practice leader of the Private Equity Services Group. He has more than 17 years of professional accounting and industry experience serving private equity sponsored companies and public registrants with complex financial reporting issues. Nick provides accounting, audit and consulting services in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, professional services, healthcare and life-sciences, construction and energy ranging from early stage development, high-growth start-up to Fortune 500 companies. Nick’s expertise includes all aspects of M&A and public filings, including due diligence, carve-out and roll-up transactions, public registration statements and private debt offerings, SEC consulting and more. He also has an extensive background in complex accounting topics like revenue recognition, lease accounting, income taxes, and business planning and consulting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri.
