Jim Skrobosinski is a Partner in the National Office of UHY LLP with over 22 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in audit methodology, audit standards, and designing, implementing, and monitoring a robust system of quality control. As a Partner in the National Office of UHY LLP, Jim leads a team of quality control professionals, driving a team mindset to serve the practice and continuously improve the firm’s quality control processes. He develops and delivers training, creates firm guidance, and updates the firm’s audit methodology to address new or changing auditing, accounting, and regulatory requirements throughout the year and provide practical guidance to the firm’s partners and professionals. Additionally, Jim coordinates and leads the firm's inspection processes, including leading the AICPA Peer Review, PCAOB inspection, and responses to regulatory requests. Jim is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan.
