JD Geneser is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in business and financial operations. He directs Iowa’s consulting and investment banking practices assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation services, business start-ups, capitalizations, business and strategic planning, operational and financial consulting and succession planning. For clients, JD often acts as their accounting and outsource CFO, assisting clients through the various stages of the business lifecycle. Prior to joining UHY, JD held executive positions in both private and publicly traded companies and gained substantial expertise in M&A and capitalization. JD is a licensed CPA in the state of Iowa and holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 82 registrations
