With decades of professional services experience relating to financial institutions, Howard Foote has contributed to the development of the firm’s National Financial Services Practice, in both the public and private sectors, servicing a broad range of organizations from de novo to multi-national institutions. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s New York Public Authorities Practice, which focuses on serving and educating governmental clients in that sector. Howard has served as a member of the National Partnership Leadership. He is also the Executive Vice President of UHY Advisors NY, Inc., has served as a member of the UHY Advisors, Inc. National Board of Directors, and is a current member of the New York Region Management Committee. Howard is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Siena College, having served as the immediate past Chairman. He is involved in professional community organizations in support of the thriving Capital Region of New York State. Howard has extensive experience providing strategic business advice, consultation, and assurance and non-assurance reporting services to entities in the public and private commercial environment, financial institutions, not-for-profits, and government sector engagements. Throughout his career, Howard has been serving clients by performing attest and non-attest engagements consisting of audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and OCBOA services, and providing companies with strategic business, tax, and consulting services to achieve long-term company growth objectives and profit enhancement.
