Vin Nguyen Bio

Vin is a leader in the Audit and Assurance Department with extensive experience planning, executing and managing audit engagements in accordance with US GAAP, SEC and PCAOB standards. He specializes in working with clients in the manufacturing, real estate and health care industries. Vin has led engagements of multinational and private equity-owned companies ranging from start-ups to over $1 billion in revenue. He has consulted on complex technical accounting matters, and has helped clients with financial and operation process improvements, including: internal controls design over billing, revenue process fixed asset procurement, and key accounting cycles. Vin has managed financial due diligence projects on mergers and acquisitions, and has experience developing budgets and forecasting, financial modeling and financial statement analysis, and liquidity projections.
