Victor Hieken Bio

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Victor Hieken has assisted businesses and the owners with myriad of issues and opportunities. He provides assurance and consulting services relating to corporate acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and refinancing, including accounting and tax implications and structuring of transactions. Victor also provides fraud and other forensic investigation and consulting. Additionally, he is a successful business dispute mediator and has been an expert witness in commercial litigation matters. Victor joined the firm in 1985. He leads the St. Louis office Transaction Services Group and is a member of the firm’s National Accounting and Audit Training Committee. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is Certified in Financial Forensics.
