Bio

Kevin is a director at Two Roads Advisors and has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. At Two Roads, he will advise clients in the TMT industry on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private debt and equity financing. Kevin was most recently a Vice President and head of the software team at FE International, a boutique M&A advisory firm, where he led and completed 40+ sell side transactions in the software sector. Prior to FE, Kevin was Vice President at New Growth Capital where he deployed $500M+ of investment capital into the biotechnology and industrial tech sectors. Kevin began his career with Chardan Capital Markets and has served as CFO for early-stage startups. He holds a BA from Williams College and is a CFA Charterholder.
