Josh joined True North in 2016 and is involved in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance practice areas. He enjoys developing an in-depth understanding of each client’s business model, strategic positioning, and marketplace dynamics. Every deal is uniquely complex, and Josh appreciates the challenge of reacting to new information and working to ensure optimal outcomes for stakeholders. Before True North, Josh spent 10 years in the banking and financial services industry where he led financial analysis and risk management functions as well as provided investment advisory and portfolio management services for private clients. Josh is a Registered Representative with Burch & Company, Inc., a member of FINRA and SiPC, and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ball State University, an MBA from Taylor University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
