Mr. Subhash Tantry serves as Operating Partner at True Blue Partners. He serves as President & Board Member at Mettl. He also serves as Board Member at Maker Bhavan Foundation. He has 30 years of leading turnarounds of underperforming enterprise application software companies with a focus on technology innovation, focused go-to-market, and operational excellence. As CEO of Fox Technologies, he transformed the company into a global enterprise access and identity management platform, reorganized loss-making operation to EBITDA positive, and grew revenues by 200% leading to a successful acquisition. He was on the organizing committee of the first Mood Indigo cultural festival, was the Founding Board Member of the IITB Heritage Foundation, has convened TiECon in the Bay Area as a TiE Charter Member, and chaired a PanIIT Global Leadership Conference in 2015.
