David Brownlie Bio

Dave Brownlie is a Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution. Dave specializes in the Healthcare Services and Technology sectors, with a focus on technology-enabled platforms serving the payer, provider, employer and government end-markets. Prior to joining TripleTree, Dave was a practicing attorney focused on corporate transactions. His prior deal experience includes working with early stage technology companies at Mobius Venture Capital. Dave began his career as a financial management consultant with Accenture, where he worked with several Fortune 500 companies to improve the efficiency of their financial operations. Dave earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University. In addition, he earned a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
