Dave Henderson is a founding partner of TripleTree Holdings. With a well-rounded perspective on investment banking, he collaborated with Kevin Green to create the vision for a healthcare-focused and knowledge-based firm that could participate broadly across the industry, in both an investor and an advisor capacity. Prior to co-founding the firm, Dave spent more than two decades as a venture capitalist, senior operating executive and a Certified Public Accountant. As a venture investor, Dave served on several public and private company Boards of Directors, working with the leadership teams to develop successful business and financing strategies. Prior roles for Dave include CEO of a $400 million asset bank holding company and COO of Republic Telcom Corporation. He started his career at Arthur Andersen. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active) and a graduate of Moorhead State University.
