Zach Olson joined Trinity Capital in 2017. Mr. Olson is responsible for executing transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity placements and restructurings across a wide range of industries including restaurants and food and beverage. Prior to Trinity Capital, Mr. Olson was a Vice President at City Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm founded by two former William Blair partners based in Chicago. During his time at City Capital, Mr. Olson completed over $1 billion in mergers and acquisitions transaction value with clients including Gehl Foods, Bakewise Brands, Valence Health, J&J Snack Foods, and Basic American Foods. Prior to City Capital, he worked as an investment banking analyst for BMO Capital Markets in their Industrials practice. Mr. Olson graduated with a BBA in Finance and Economics from University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
