Mr. Lo joined Trinity Capital in 2004, and his primary responsibilities include transaction execution, deal sourcing and firm-related administrative duties. Mr. Lo has extensive experience executing transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, restructuring and private placement assignments across various industries. During his tenure with Trinity Capital, Mr. Lo has completed a large array of assignments in the restaurant, food & beverage, alternative energy and various other sectors. Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Mr. Lo worked as an auditor in the Capital Markets and Investment Management group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for planning, executing and completing audit engagements for various financial services clients. Mr. Lo earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and his Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Mr. Lo is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
