Philip co-founded the firm in 2004, having previously created Bear Stearns’ pan-European Media and Leisure M&A practice. This followed 12 years at Deutsche Bank (formerly Morgan Grenfell) advising on UK and European cross-border M&A. Philip has an MA (Law) from Cambridge University.
