Stuart Hands Bio

Stuart is a Partner in Translink UK and has over 25 years of experience of global sell and buy side deals. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Stuart qualified with Ernst & Young, the ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, where he commenced his Corporate Finance career. Stuart established an independent M&A practice in 2004 that is now part of Translink Corporate Finance UK serving both UK and international clients on sales, acquisitions, buy-outs and carve-outs, helping achieve the strategies of entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, private equity backed businesses and listed companies. He is the head of Translink’s Global Automotive Group, having closed numerous transactions in this sector and is also active in Healthcare, TMT and Industrials Sectors.
