Patrick Stricker Bio

Patrick Stricker has been a partner at Translink Corporate Finance Denmark P/S since 2024, bringing over 12 years of corporate finance experience from firms such as PwC and Deloitte. He has also held senior M&A roles at Tryg and a large international private equity-owned tech company. In these roles, he was responsible not only for executing transactions but also for realising the post-transaction business case. This experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the entire M&A process, from start to finish, viewed from the perspectives of the buyer, the seller, and the advisor. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in IT (HA.IT) and a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (cand.merc.fir) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
