Bio

Lina started her career with the Private Equity firm 3i. She subsequently co-founded an M&A advisory boutique, which joined Translink in 2005. Lina has extensive experience advising companies and their shareholders on M&A cross-border transactions including disposals, acquisitions, LBOs and private placements. She has conducted projects for medium-sized to multinational companies, private equity firms and private owners across a variety of industries, including Transport & Logistics and Engineering. She co-heads our pan-Translink Logistics group. Lina is a Board member of Unima, a family-owned company operating shrimp aquaculture in the Indian Ocean and distributing its products in Europe and Asia. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
