Ingo Hassert studied Business Administration in Cologne. After qualifying as a certified public accountant and tax advisor he worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Since 2008, he has been responsible as a partner at Transfer Partners for the successful project management of numerous corporate transactions, in particular within the scope of due diligence audits, and the assessment and tax structuring of transactions. Ingo Hassert has many years’ experience in the field of post-merger integration following completed corporate transactions in Germany and abroad.
