Henning von Poser studied economics at the University of Bochum. He then worked in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London in the telecommunications, IT and media (TMT) group, as a director at M&A International in Kronberg, as a management consultant at Detecon International and as founder and shareholder of an M&A consulting firm specialising in the TMT sector. Henning von Poser has been a partner at Transfer Partners since 2009. He has extensive leadership experience in executing a host of M&A projects.
