Steve Bartlett Bio

Steve is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Transcend Corporate. He has spent over 25 years as a corporate finance adviser, in large and medium accounting firms and investment banking. He has advised on a large number of mandates, encompassing buy-side, sell-side, management buy-outs, fund raising and strategic advice. Steve qualified at PwC, where he was member of the national private equity advisory team. Latterly he was a partner in the corporate finance advisory team at BDO in London. Steve has also spent time working in private equity and leveraged finance. Steve is a graduate of the University of Swansea and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
