Chris Bill Bio

Chris trained at KPMG and has spent over 25 years working on M&A in both industry as a CFO and in corporate finance advisory with large accounting firms. Chris has worked in both corporate and private equity situations on buy side and sell side transactions and has been heavily involved in many post-acquisition integrations. Chris was a shareholder and CFO in LDC’s investment in Nuclear Engineering Services Group which culminated in a successful trade sale to Ansaldo Energia. Chris is a graduate of the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
