Kevin Lilley is a Managing Director with Transact Capital Partners. Kevin brings more than 24 years of experience executing Global Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture transactions for middle-market companies. Kevin’s experience dates back to 1994 when he was a team lead involved in assessing through integration of manufacturing, industrial and aerospace organizations around the world. In 2006, Kevin started a small Chicago based CPA firm whose clients where in the Transportation, Manufacturing and other various industries. Kevin was educated at Marquette University where he received a B.S. in Business majoring in Accounting. Soon after graduating, he became a licensed CPA.
