Kirk Chatawanich Bio

Kirk Chatawanich serves a Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer in the Upstream Investment Banking division. Prior to joining TPH, he was an executive director and geoscientific lead for J.P. Morgan’s oil and gas investment bank. Previously, he was Vice President – Exploration for Texas American Resources, following roles as a geoscientist for EnCana, Quicksilver, and Anadarko. Chatawanich holds a B.S. in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago and an M.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.
