Renata joined Torch in 2011 as Chief Operations Officer and brings over 10 years of dynamic leadership and strategic expertise in the investment banking sector. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence, Renata plays a pivotal role in steering forward the firm’s strategic vision and operational objectives. Renata is also responsible for global operations and overseeing daily operations, whilst fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Prior to joining Torch, Renata worked in Investment Banking, having begun her career at JPMorgan.
